Duck liver fat, figs in brandy sauce (figs (9%), sugar, brandy and lemon juice), water, rum, salt, dextrose, white pepper, nutmeg, pectin (thickener E-440ii, stabiliser E-450i, dextrose and acidulant E-341iii), gelling agent E-407, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-300.
Description
Seasoned duck liver fat, emulsified and subjected to a sterilisation heat treatment. It has a layer of fig jam through the middle.
Ideal Temperature
It should be kept in a cool and dry place. Before opening, store in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once opened consume in 24 hours.
Preparation
Remove the film from the base and serve on a plate.
