Ingredients

Duck liver fat, water, truffle brisure (1.5%) (T. oligospermum, T. melanosporum, truffle juice, salt, flavouring, stabiliser (xanthan gum) and acidulant (citric acid)), salt, dextrose, white pepper, nutmeg, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-300.

Description

Seasoned duck liver fat, emulsified and subjected to a sterilisation heat treatment. Preparation: Remove the film from the base and serve on a plate. It is recommended to refrigerate it for 30 minutes before consuming.

Ideal Temperature

It should be kept in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 24 hours.
